Performance Record illustrated by the PRE Park

Jobs

In the urban development contract, the PRE agreed to create approx. 1,500 jobs in the area of the PRE Park by the year 2012. As of today, approx. 3,200 jobs have been created, and the target has thus already been exceeded by far.

 

 

Investments

In 1997, the PRE pledged to generate investments worth 400 million D-Marks at the PRE Park within a period of 15 years. This target of approx. 200 million euros was already reached in 2008; by now, the total amounts to approx. 250 million euros.

 

 

 

Net Building Area

At the PRE Park with its total area of 680,000 square meters, about 300,000 square meters of building area were created. Of these, approx. 284,000 square meters are occupied by buildings; about 16,000 square meters are still available.

 

 

 

Lease

The PRE Real Estate Management GmbH manages approx. 68,000 square meters of lease areas at the PRE Park.
